My family had dinner at this Restaurant tonight. We are in on vacation from Tennessee and wanted to try a new place in MB this time.
I have to say that I am Stunned at what I saw here tonight. This could well be the cleanest, most well staffed and most friendly dining experience I have ever had. I have no idea how they found so many professional employees that are constantly cleaning and smiling and greeting everyone from the time you walk in to the time you leave.......

Got to spend the afternoon with our son Ty Raber and his fiancée at N. Myrtle Beach and Crabby George's Seafood Buffet! With everything else that’s happened this week it was a welcoming escape to just sit and watch the waves crashing on the shore! Reminded me of how short life is and how quick your kids grow up and move on and start making memories of their own!

My daughter ordered me dinner for Mother's Day from Crabby George's Seafood. I got the salmon, mashed potatoes and asparagus. All delicious and what large portions too. I have enough for tomorrow night. My hubby got the she crab soup (which he loved) and the shrimp cocktail. So many shrimp!

I wouldn't go there again if it were the last place to eat in Myrtle Beach. Awful..and expensive for the terrible service and food quality. I shouldn't even give it one star, but it won't let me post without it.JUST SO YOU KNOW. WE SPENT $116.00 THERE. THE MONEY IS NO OBJECT IF THE FOOD WAS WORTH IT. I CALLED IN ADVANCE BECAUSE WE WANTED OYSTERS ROCKEFELLER AND WE WERE TOLD BY THE MANAGER THAT WE COULD GET THEM IF WE OREDERED OFF THE MENU ONLY....NO PROBLEM. WE DRIVE THERE, GET SEATED AND A WAITRESS COMES THAT DOESN'T SPEAK ENGLISH. HAS TO PUT THE MENU DOWN IN FRONT OF HER AND LOOK AT WHAT WE WANT TO ORDER. WE ORDERED...2 ORDERS OF OYSTERS ON THE HALF SHELL, 1 MEAL OF OYSTERS ROCKEFELLER, 1 TWIN LOBSTER TAIL MEAL, WITH THE GRANDKIDS GETTING HOT WING APPETIZERS AND CORN DOGS AND MAC & CHEESE. WAITRESS THEN COMES BACK 10 MINUTES LATER AND SAYS THAT THE COOKS CAN'T DO THE OYSTERS ROCKEFELLER. SO WE ORDER ANOTHER TWIN LOBSTER MEAL. WAITRESS LEAVES COME BACK 10 MINUTES LATER WITH OYSTERS ON HALF SHELL AND NOTHING ELSE..NO COCTAIL SAUCE, NO HORSERADDISH...NOTHING. OBVIOUSLY SHE HAS NO CLUE WHAT GETS SERVED WITH THEM. AFTER WE EAT THE OYSTERS, SHE COMES BACK AND SAYS "7 MORE MINUTES" FOR THE LOBSTER. ANOTHER 20 MINUTES GOES BY. I GO TO THE MANAGER TO FIND OUT WHAT IS WRONG??? MANAGER GOES AND GETS THE FOOD.....NO BUTTER WITH THE LOBSTER, THE WAITRESS GOES AND GETS THE BUTTER (IF YOU CALL IT BUTTER) FROM THE BUFFET LINE. THE LOBSTER WAS CLEARLY FROZEN AND THAWED AND COOKED QUICKLY AND LOOKED AWFUL. WE COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGER AND ALL SHE WOULD DO WAS SAY, SORRY. OFFERED NO SOLUTION OR ANYTHING. WE PRETTY MUCH LEFT THE FOOD, PAID THE BILL AND LEFT. SO FOR YOU TO SAY TO LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR MORE AFFORDABLE FOOD YOU HAVE NO CLUE WHAT WE WERE WILLING TO PAY. IT'S QUALITY THAT WE PAY FOR NO MATTER THE COST AND THE FOOD THERE WAS FAR FROM QUALITY......IS THAT ENOUGH OF AN EXPLANATION FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND YOU MAY WANT TO TRAIN YOUR MANAGERS AND SERVERS WHAT YOU HAVE ON THE MENU AND HOW TO SERVER IT. AND TRAIN YOUR COOKS HOW TO PREPARE FOOD OTHER THAN HEAT IT UP TO BE ADDED TO A BUFFET. TAKE THAT AND PASS THAT ON TO YOUR CREW. YOUR REPLY WAS RUDE AND CONDESCENDING AND IT SHOWS THE PUBLIC THE HOW SERIOUSLY YOU TAKE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM YOUR STORES.

Used to be one of the best. Crab has gotten smaller. Very disappointed the other day. Plz go back to bigger sized clusters/legs. Competition is besting you now. 😔
